AST Range

The machine is manufactured with a carbon steel structure. All the machine is insulated by mineral wool panels. 12 heating elements of 1.2 Kw each in carbon steel. Conveyor belt in stainless steel AISI 304. Variable gear motor with hand wheel with 0.5 HP electric motor (4 poles).
Electric driven fan to recycle hot air - centrifugal type - air delivery 52 mt.,complete with 2 HP motor ( 4 poles). Electric gear box with all necessary controls of the machine.

Centrifugal action removes water from the parts, and in combination with the heater produces thoroughly dry products.
Ideal for drying after barreling or plating.

DRV Range

The DRV machine has a flat sided , semi-toroidal bowl. It's three dimensional vibratory movement produces a circular motion of the absorbing medium.
Parts to be treated are loaded continually (or in batches) into the machine, and are mixed into the absorbing medium. They are perfectly dried and cleaned through contact with the absorbing medium and the effect of the heat exchange created by the heating system.Heat is applied by blowing in thermostatically controlled hot air.
A separating screen is mounted at the spiral end inside the machine, and separates the parts from the medium due to the machine's vibrations.


The medium is then fed back into the machine and the parts are fed out.
