VBR 1460 A ball burnishing, tilting machine designed for polishing of alloy wheels. Has a tank size of - 1400 x 600 x 750 h (mm). The tank has four separate compartments, created by three dividers which are all rubber lined, which allows four wheels to be processed at a time, and 8 - 12 wheels in an hour. The machine is powered by two motors, 5.5 kW each, and tilts through the use of hydraulic cylinders.Weight of balls load is 1600 Kg. The machine is very noisy so an acoustic cabin is advised. |
