CST 2P settlement tank The tank has a waste water input, a drain and two baffels. The baffels reduce in height to create a weir system. There is a submerged pump in the final section, which is operated by a float valve. When the waste water reaches a certain level in the final section, the pump automatically removes the water. |

water treatment Waste water is collected in a buffer tank which is pumped continuously into the plant's tank. The process time for one cleaning cycle is 20-25 minutes. Flocculent powder is added to the water which is mixed to produce a reaction transforming the dirt, oil etc into flocs. After sedimentation the sludge and water is pumped out over a paper filter separating out the clean water (into a recyling tank) from the sludge. |
